- Present business results and initiatives to the Board of Directors.
Tasks:
1. Responsible for closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit.
2. Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and
3. makes or directs correcting entries.
4. prepares annual expenditure reports and profit and loss statement report
5. Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the District general
6. ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances.
7. compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Experience Required:
5 to ten years experience preferred
As he will be:
· Responsible for business performance and financial results.
· Responsible for achieving service standards offered for the clients.
· Responsible for 5 (EIR): Entrepreneur in residence.
Skills Required:
Specific and demonstrated ability includes, but is not limited to:
1. Ability to lead, direct and manage the results of a diverse, multifunctional work unit.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and make decisions.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both informal settings and formal
Presentations.
3. Possess a working knowledge of the claim administration functions.
4. Ability to understand and analyze various financial models.
5. Coach and guide staff toward improved performance.
6. Encourage decision making at the lowest competent level.
7. Serve as a positive role model to business unit members.
